We are contacting you following up registration for the ISoP 2021 Conference, a hybrid meeting with on-site activities in Oman and online sessions and presentations in virtual platform. Please find below some Practical Information concerning your participation.
How to log in?
The platform is accessible HERE
Use the following button in the upper right corner of the website
Use the Email Address which you used to register. Upon the first login attempt, the password is sent automatically to this mailbox (please check your spam folder as well). Please note it is a different password than you used for registration or abstract submission.
After logging in, you can alter your profile details by clicking on your name in the upper right corner.
Virtual Conference Timezone
The timezone is automatically set to UTC for all logged in delegates.
You can change the timezone and recalculate all session times by clicking on your name (upper right corner) → Personal page → Settings → Timezone.
Accessing the Live Stream
To access the live session, please click on EVENT LIVE tab and enter the Virtual Hall. Please note that the Virtual Hall can only be accessed when the programme is running.

On Demand Access
All attendees will have on-demand access to sessions. Live sessions will be recorded and made available for viewing shortly after the live sessions are completed to all registered participants. On demand access will be available for 1 month after the Conference. Please note that discussion dedicated to each presentation will remain available during the on-demand access.
Questions & Answers Time
During the live session we invite and encourage you to send questions to the speakers.
Questions can be submitted to the presenting authors during live sessions – click the Questions button in the Live Session interface. Presentation focused discussion can continue even after the live session is over. The discussion can be found under each abstract/presentation listed in the programme – access the Discussion tab in abstract/presentation detail. The Questions tab lists all the questions submitted to the author during the live presentation.
Network with colleagues
Even during relatively short ISoP 2021 time there is an opportunity to communicate with colleagues registered to the Conference. Click on the symbol of envelope in the upper right corner to access the communication platform and search the name of the person you would like to contact or use the list of participants. Your unread incoming messages from other delegates are marked on the envelope icon.
110 posters have been successfully accepted for this year’s 20th ISoP Annual Meeting.
Posters will be displayed online on Monday and Tuesday. Some posters will be displayed on-site in the exhibition hall area.
Poster judging will take place during the conference, and the three best posters will be awarded during the poster prize ceremony on Wednesday 10 November at 13.00.
Presenting authors are kindly requested to be present online at the given date and time on Monday and Tuesday (as specified on the Poster guidelines).
